MUSCAT, May 29 (Xinhua) -- Huawei on Wednesday recruited two Omani graduates majored in telecommunications and computer engineering.
A ceremony of contracts signing was held at the building of Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) in the Omani capital Muscat, in the presence of Hamad bin Salem Al Rawahi, Chief Executive Officer of TRA.
The students were employed after passing the Huawei Information Technology Training Program 2019, which targets annually a group of new graduates and students studying at universities and colleges in Oman.
"We are pleased to recruit new Omanis with us, as the company seeks to benefit from the community," said Chen Bing, regional director of Huawei in Oman, adding that Omani youths are very efficient and competitive at work.
