JAKARTA, March 6 (Xinhua) -- Runners from five nations will compete in the 2019 Volcano Run in Indonesia's Yogyakarta province this weekend, organizers said here on Wednesday.
The course winds around the Mount Merapi volcano and will be run at 5km, 10km and 21km distances.
Organizers said the first Volcano Run in 2018 featured 2,500 runners, though they did not elaborate as to how many were expected to take part in this year's edition.
