MUMBAI, May 17 (Xinhua) -- Indian markets closed lower on Thursday.
The market continued to trade lower for the second consecutive session, with the Sensex falling more than 200 points after the crude oil prices inches up towards 80 U.S. dollars a barrel as supplies tighten while demand remains strong.
The benchmark S&P BSE Sensex closed at 35,149.12, 238.76 point or 0.67 percent down compared to its previous close at 35,387.88. Enditem
