XI'AN, March 26 (Xinhua) -- More than 7 million Chinese tourists visited Japan last year, an official with the Japan National Tourism Organization said here Sunday.
Juri Shineda, an official with the Beijing office of the organization, said at a promotion event that 7.35 million Chinese tourists visited Japan in 2017, up 15 percent over the previous year.
Travel agencies are introducing more products to meet the needs of travelers.
"We offer travel plans based on the season," said Zhang Yue at the Xi'an office of the China Travel Service. "The cherry blossom route, hot spring route, and snow view route are all popular."
