Shi Qiuxiang began her online business in hometown in 2013. She got to know a kind of sweet potato planted in areas with high altitude by chance and decided to develop business on it. With her successful experience, Shi promoted her way of planting sweet potatoes to more than 1,000 households who lived in poverty in 2017. After one year's hard work, the annual output of the plant reaches over 3,000 tons. Various products made of sweet potatoes have been sold around the county and even overseas by Shi's e-commerce platform.
